In the general configuration page you will find the option to enable the copying of the estimated values to the standard Jira fields.

Copy to Story Points field:

This option will trigger the copy of the estimation result to the Jira Story Points field as soon as the estimation is completed (estimation state ESTIMATED). Estimation results for failed estimations (estimation state FAILED) will not be copied.

The estimation result will only be copied to the Story Points field if the estimation unit in the estimation scheme is set to Story Points.

Copy to Time Tracking field:

This option will trigger the copy of the estimation result to the Jira Time Tracking field as soon as the estimation is completed (estimation state ESTIMATED). Estimation results for failed estimations (estimation state FAILED) will not be copied.
